Saptarishi Pandey –
I just had my first session with Daniela where we discussed my interview and resume styles. Daniela gave me actionable items to work on right away and gave me advice that was helpful. Her friendly demeanor allowed me to open up and discuss things in more detail. I’m excited to chat with her more in the upcoming sessions.

Daniela was incredibly generous with her time and shared several practical, actionable insights from her own job-search experience. I especially appreciated her advice on strengthening interview stories, using data to make impact more tangible, and building stronger relationships with recruiters to better understand what hiring teams are looking for. I came away from our conversation with a much clearer perspective on how to approach my interview preparation and job search. Thank you, Daniela!

Daniela offered some really niche advise on optimizing my chances of landing interviews. She has a clear strategy to help candidates seeking a job in the current market. Her advice felt personal and crucial, especially in this phase of my journey. I hope more people get to talk to Daniela and learn more about increasing their chances to land their dream job.

I came into this conversation with a few narrow questions and left with things I’m actually using. Daniela was direct about what final-round interviews really test, which is fit rather than skill, and that reframing alone took a lot of the sting out of two near-misses I’d been overthinking. Her advice on story structure was the most practical part: lead with a one-line trailer that names the number and the outcome, get the interviewer’s buy-in, then go into the STAR detail. She also pointed out that the questions you ask at the end are a chance to surface something the team isn’t doing yet, which is a much better use of that slot than what I’d been doing with it. On networking, she was refreshingly blunt. Tell people early, ask plainly whether their team is hiring, and expect that your closest contacts often aren’t the ones who come through. She was generous with her time, went over the scheduled end, and answered a genuinely uncomfortable question about my own blind spots without dodging it. Highly recommend.
