What Drives Me ✨

Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: The biggest opportunities often live outside our comfort zones.

Whether moving across countries, changing industries, pursuing graduate studies in the United States, or embracing new technologies, I’ve learned that growth begins when we are willing to take calculated risks and stay curious.

Today, I am particularly passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence, analytics, and business strategy. I believe data can help solve meaningful problems, but that human judgment, creativity, and relationships remain at the center of lasting impact.

Beyond Work...

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me training, exploring a new country, mentoring professionals, or documenting lessons learned.

Growing Through Exploration

Travel has taken me to dozens of countries and introduced me to people, cultures, and perspectives that continue to shape how I see the world.

From navigating unfamiliar cities to connecting with people whose experiences differ greatly from my own, every journey has taught me something valuable about adaptability, empathy, and curiosity.

These experiences have broadened my perspective both personally and professionally, reminding me that growth often happens when we embrace the unfamiliar and remain open to new possibilities.

My Values

Curiosity

I believe growth begins when we ask questions, challenge assumptions, and remain open to new perspectives.

Resilience

The ability to keep moving forward, even when the path ahead is uncertain.

Courage

The biggest opportunities often live just outside our comfort zones, where growth, learning, and new possibilities begin.

Stay tuned for the next thrilling chapter!

My journey has taught me that careers are rarely linear, and that some of life’s most rewarding opportunities emerge when we are willing to embrace change.

Every move, challenge, setback, and unexpected opportunity has shaped who I am today—not just as a professional, but as a person.

These days I share insights on data, AI, career growth, and personal development, along with lessons learned from building a life and career across different countries, industries, and cultures.

My hope is that something here inspires you to pursue your goals with curiosity, resilience, and confidence.

Media

I started this website in 2016 to share with others my passion for traveling, doing sports, and meeting people. I am still impress and thankful how family, friends, and strangers keep coming every week to check my posts. Thanks a lot, very grateful! 😀

Also, my adventurous spirit has caught some attention from the Portuguese media and I could not be happier about it.
