The BEST thing about Quarantine (covid-19)

We go through our life wondering and planning so much for the future, that we often forget the present. During this Covid-19 quarantine, I see posts on social media all the time stating things people want to do after this virus disappears. All the plans, trips, and parties they will attend. BUT What about all the things to do during this quarantine? In our everyday life we complain about never having the time and now suddenly we all complain about having too much time. Have you thought about that? YES, I know it is not easy, but what about seeing the other side of things?

What can we take from this?

Let me give you a few examples. During my gap year in 2016, I ran from city to city wondering everyday about the next destination, the next person I would meet, and the next thing I would post on social media. When I moved to Australia to live a beach dream life, I wondered every single day how my life would be if I was living in the USA.

I dreamed so much about the things I wanted in life that they, in time, ended up happening but did I ever live things fully? Maybe not.

I will never have enough words to describe the anxiety and fear I had during many of the moments of my trips or even during my year in Australia. Having a motorbike accident in 2018 made me stop just like the Covid-19 has made stop pretty much everything. And what are we doing? How are we using our time?

Are we living through the days or are you embracing with joy, energy and fulfillment each day?

This is post is just a little reminder, to Never forget each day a is a blessing and it is our job to make it worth it. It does not matter how, the only thing it matters is that we enjoy it. Start the day and live it as the last, everyday (even in the Covid-19 period). Embrace the moment and be creative to see the opportunities coming from this ‘less good’ period.

Stay Safe and reach out at anytime if you want to chat.
